See our introduction to Amon Hen options CVD, including Split, Net and Compare. Watch the video on YouTube ↗
Start with the two views we use
Select SPX at the top of Amon Hen and open Live Flow. Use Compare to spot differences among indexes, Split to separate calls from puts and Net to combine them. You can also choose an earlier date when the live chart is empty.
Atlas shows price beside estimated dealer levels. We are still learning which parts help our trading, so we do not treat every level as a signal.
How we became involved
We wanted to follow SPX options flow throughout the day, much like we follow cumulative delta in ES. We asked HelmFi about it and spent several weeks giving feedback while they built and improved the feature.
HelmFi later paid the trader behind Under the Price to make an introduction video. That payment was for the video only. HelmFi is not paying for this website or any of its articles.
HelmFi owns and runs Amon Hen. Our role is to share how we read the tools and what we still want to learn.
The rest of the platform
Profile shows exposure by strike and expiration. Swing Heatmap adds another view of expiration. Trinity compares indexes, Velocity tracks changes in key levels and Scanner covers more symbols.
We may study those tools later. For now, the site focuses on CVD and Atlas because those are the tools we use and understand best.
Use the original tools
Use the link below to explore Amon Hen and read its current methodology. The tool is still developing, so features may change.
HelmFi gave us permission to teach with screenshots we capture, as long as their name or web address stays visible and we link back to them. This permission covers educational screenshots, not redistribution of their live data.
Our relationship, plainly stated
We disclose the paid introduction in articles about Amon Hen. HelmFi is not paying for this website or its articles. Our links give HelmFi credit; we do not receive a referral commission from them.
We will show failed and unclear examples along with the good ones. We will also separate what Amon Hen calculates, how we read it and what our testing actually shows.
